Fees

Direct Hire

Direct hire or permanent placement services are billed based on the employee's starting salary. Healy Riggs is proud to offer a 3-month guarantee on all permanent placements made. 

Temp-to-hire

Temp-to-hire placement are billed based on the hourly wage calculated based on the annual compensation of the role. 

Temporary

Healy Riggs clients are billed based on a rate negotiated up-front that is particular to the role.
