Recruitment Process

Once we spot someone promising, we give their resume a thorough screening. After that, we hop on a call to get a feel for their professionalism, maturity, and attitude.

Preceding the interview phase, we make sure to vet their documents to make sure that they are eligible and properly qualified for the position being sought. 

A pivotal step in our procedure, where each applicant undergoes a thorough interview conducted by a recruiter. This interaction may take place in person or through a video interview.
